“Flavor and Spirit is the home for everything we create: from our microbakery of plant-based food, to information on our website on recipes, gardening, storytelling, wellness, spiritual exploration, and practical tools for living more consciously.

It’s where creativity, ancient wisdom, science, and everyday life are all welcome at the same table. Our long-term dream is to grow this work into a cooperative farm and retreat center dedicated to healing, learning, community, and genuine human connection. Ultimately, everything we do is meant to nourish people—body, mind, and spirit.”
