Supporting Tones Music Therapy

Supporting Tones Music Therapy is a client-led, trauma-informed music therapy practice supporting women and neurodiverse individuals through mental wellness, self-expression, and identity work. Founded by Kaelin McClure, MM, MTL, MT-BC, a licensed and board-certified music therapist, the practice was built around a simple discovery: real transformation doesn’t come from fitting into a box. It comes from becoming more fully who you already are.
Sessions are built around you. Depending on what feels right for your goals, that might look like songwriting to put words to what’s been hard to say, lyric analysis to find your story inside someone else’s song, improvisation to let your body lead when words run out, or vocal work and guided listening to help you regulate, express, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re carrying anxiety, depression, burnout, or the quiet overwhelm of giving everything to everyone else, this work gives you a place to set it down and start finding your way back to yourself.
No musical background required. You’re met exactly where you are and encouraged to live authentically and fully, exactly as you are.
